On the basis of climate change risk assessment, an Action Plan for each of the industrial areas will be defined: it will list actions needed to improve climate adaptation capacity of the area and it will specify objectives, timing and resources.
Pilot industrial areas are both located in Emilia-Romagna Region and they are both qualified as Environmental Equipped Industrial Areas, according to regional law on eco-industrial parks, requiring for example a unique park manger.
